• Event submissions: organiser name, organiser email, event details, and technical anti-spam data such as IP address.
• Contact enquiries: name, email, optional company and phone number, subject, and message.
• Platform operations: limited technical logs required for security, moderation, and service reliability.

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information unless a user volunteers it in a free-text form.
• We do not claim affiliation with listed businesses unless explicitly stated.

• To review and publish event submissions.
• To respond to contact, partnership, media, and correction requests.
• To protect the platform against spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
• To improve the product and understand platform usage in an aggregated, non-personal way.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal obligations.

If a listing contains inaccurate information or you want it corrected, removed, or claimed, contact us and we will review the request as quickly as reasonably possible.
